초음파 세척기의 핵심요소인 제너레이터는 현대 산업에서 요구되는 다양한 기능이 있는 SMART한 기기 입니다.
초음파 탱크내부와 Immersible 진동자는 표 면처리가 이루어졌고 다양한 형태로 제공됩니다.

° 3 controls including Amplitude control to vary ultrasonic power, Duty Cycle Control to control the amount of ultrasonic energy delivered and Frequency control to adjust the frequency of the ultrasonic energy reducing audible noise from sub-harmonics.
° 초음파는 25, 40, 58, 68, 132, 192kHz frequencies and in either 250 or 500 or 750 or 1,000 watt모델이 있습니다.

Immersable Type, Direct Bonding Type의 초음파 진동자가 있으며, 두개의 다른 주파수를 본딩하여 세척력을 극대화 시길 수 있습니다.
예를 들자면 세척력이 탁월한 58khz와 미세파트클 세척에 탁월한 132kHz 주파수를 진동자 판에 교체로 접목하여 사용 할 수 있습니다.

진동자는 기존 고객이 사용하는 초음파수조에 맞게 제작및 TEST가 가능 합니다.

티다늄/티다늄합금/스테인레스로 구성된 Martin Walter의 막대형 Push-Pull Transducer는 1989년 국제 특허가 되어있으며, 기존의 Transducer보다(Single Push Type) 2배 이상의 효율을 낼수 있습니다.

초음파 세척시 Chem Crest세정액을 사용하여 세척 효과를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 세정액 공급 장치와 함께 사용할 수 있습니다.
Crest는 초음파세정의 효과를 향상시키기 위하여 특별히 세정액을 개발했으며, 특정 세정에서 가능한한 최고의 수율을 내기 위하여 고안되었습니다.
저희 Crest는 세정액을 고객에게 제안하기 전에 우선 고객이 사용하는 특정 세정액의 타당성에 대하여 분석합니다.

물세정전에 강한 오염을 제거하기위하여 비활로겐화성 솔벤트가 사용될때 Oil, Flux, Grease등 제거에 필수적입니다.
